This deck was designed for kids.  I have noticed that some kids will learn to tre-flip in their driveways before they know how to manage speed, or even push.  There is nothing wrong with that, but there is much more to skateboarding that what you learn in video games.  Learning how to push with grace, and power is something that takes skill.  Match this up with 54mm wildchild wheels, and ace 00 trucks, and you got one hell of a good launchpad for your little pint size.   Teach your kid to push like Mark Gonzales.  He has the best push in the biz.  Mike V has a good push too...I could go on and on about pushing.  You can just a lot about a skater by the push.  This little fella is designed with the right proportions to leard to ollie, flip, and do all of that, but get that push on point first!  This deck was too tempting to just press in 6ply.  The shape is perfect for a quality working mini, so we threw in some 7ply too for standard size people.  I can't wait to see what the Kong does on this thing.  Good things in small packages.
