For longboard warranty issues we ask that customers contact us or the producer directly. Surf2Go follows the policy of warranties and support of the brands. To apply for warranty we will need your receipt of purchase. If the product was imported (bought outside EU-region), your warranty is valid at the place or region where you bought your product. Your store of purchase is responsible for all support. All products that were imported without paying the applicable import duties (gray imports), are excluded from warranty in Europe, and the warranty is cancelled by the manufacturer. If the product was bought within the EU, your warranty is valid in the EU with receipt of purchase.
All longboards, longboard trucks, longboard decks and components (excluding wheels and bearings, which wear down) are warranted for 6 months from the time of purchase.
Exceptions to this rule are acts of stupidity, god, aggitated Girlfriends/Boyfriends/Spouses, Parents and Jealous Surfer buddies. Also longboards that suffer excessive damage due to neglect ( Weather damage, large vehicles ect). We will cover any of the listed problems at our discretion and do so whenever possible.

When claiming a warranty, please provide for review: - 4-5 clear pictures of the problem area - a copy of the proof of purchase
